Tipping : Wasserman Massage is a non gratuity establishment. I do have a donation bin in the office that I use to make a donation to several of my favorite charitable organizations. Donations are not expected but always appreciated. 

Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please do so by contacting me via text or email at your earliest convenience or by responding to your appointment confirmation email. You have up to the time of your appointment to cancel but advance notice when possible is always preferable. There are no fees for canceling your appointment at any point prior to your scheduled time. 

No call/No Show: In the event that you do not contact me or show up to your appointment there will be a fee of 50% of your scheduled treatment or less one treatment on any pre-purchased packages. 

Masks: You reserve the right to wear a mask or not during your massage treatment. I will be wearing one due to chronically ill clients and family members. But as long as you are feeling healthy the choice is yours.
